worried about imuran symptoms

So I've been in remission since last winter (yes!) with the help of 175 mg of imuran and 1200 mg of lialda. I've been on imuran since august 2011 and I switched to lialda late 2012. I was feeling great until i started noticing a number of bruises on my legs (I have over 10). They're very painful and a few of them are actual bumps and are bluish-green in color. I've also had horrible migraines every single night and tylenol doesn't help at all. I feel like all of my bones ache (especially my back), which isn't normal considering that I'm only 20 years old. My periods are becoming lighter and shorter (they used to last 2-3 days and now they last 6-12 hours and rarely a day). I am actually late for my period (and there is no chance AT ALL of me being pregnant). I have been very fatigued which is weird because I was running up to 5 miles not that long ago and I usually have a lot of energy while in remission. Lastly, I saw a bit of pink in the toilet today (which was a very small amount, usually when I flare I bleed a TON). I am worried that these symptoms may mean that my remission may be ending soon or my medication may be causing some of these symptoms. I would appreciate it if anyone could let me know what to expect from your personal experience.

Sac, I'm on 6MP (75 mgs) and Lialda (4800 mgs). I also seem to bruise easily which my doctor says is unrelated. My menstrual cycles are regular, but I do get "hot flashes" frequently throughout the day and I'm 39. It feels like a fever but when I take my temperature I don't have one.
