It's been months and I'm still in a flare.
Having 1BM a day with some blood.
Not a lot. Marbled on stool or when I wipe..
It's just frustrating how it doesn't go away.
I don't want to become anemic or anything /:

chill if that's all you're dealing with -
not the normal definition of a flare in my book -
anything else going on ?

it does seem like a small amount of blood. get iron levels checked periodically.
also check that it is not hemorrhoids or something.

Do you have any symptoms aside from seeing some blood? Is the BM painful or urgent? Is it formed?

Could just be hemmie causing the blood at this point.
If your worried about
anemia have your blood work done and see where your at.

If it's "rock hard" I bet dollars to doughnuts the blood is from a hemorrhoid. Sounds like you're in remission, congrats. Make sure you're well hydrated, you probably aren't if your stools are so dry.

Easy to aggravate them if your stool is hard. Maybe add in some fiber to help things a bit but if you do SLOWLY.

You can try a stool softener...you'll still have formed stools, just softer, sounds like yours is a bit too hard maybe.
