What nutrients naturally inhibit Serum Amyloid A?

I am researching Sarcoidosis and just came across this study which indicated "The link between sarcoidosis and overproduction of the suspected protein trigger, called serum amyloid A, was revealed in 2010"

Are there certain foods, nutrients etc that inhibit the production of Serum Amyloid A? Or am I on the right track?

Research shows a link between Sarc and the overproduction of Tumor necrosis factor alpha as well. I have found many nutrients which inhibit this production. Thanks

Proteolytic enzymes degrade it, I dont think they've found anything to stop its initial production but i have to look through my links and cant right now. Urokinase is only available iv, I think.. So I'd try Lumbrokinase, or bolouke. I think I remember something about n acetyl cysteine too.. Something about amyloid a and NO production. I'll eventually be back with more on this.
