i need to take a calcium supplement because i do not tolerate dairy very well, and almonds and sesame and soy don't like my gut too much either.
Ive tried calcium from algae thinking that would be fine but it also made me constipated/incomplete evacuation feeling.
Im thinking cal citrate? Or amino acid chelate?
What do you guys take?
