9/8 Started fermenting.
9/11 ate first 1/4 pickle
9/12 no effects except some increased gas,stool might have some smell.
9/13 complete blow out watery D,not much pain,had gas,I see more blood in am than I want to.
This was a complete colon purge,even saw tomato skin from night before.

I believe watery D is a colon defense mechanism,to get rid of irritants,bacteria,toxins.
9/14 cut back to an 1/8 pickle,actual stool,also huge glob of mucus,for me I believe mucus is good.
9/15 still more blood than I want to see in am,have stool
9/16 still more blood than I want to see in am,have stool. For sure smells more like normal person stool
My stools generally have no smell,so far have not had cramps like VSL3 gave me.
Have read,that from lacto fermented foods can get up to a trillion bacteria in a serving,much more
than any probiotic, at least if you do not due a shock and awe program like our member Probiotic did.
I am leaning towards wild fermentation as the way to go,in a better attempt to repopulate the gut.
Started a batch of Kraut yesterday.
Ceylon Cinnamon arrived today,attempt to lower NO.
Will probably go to Trader Joe's and get grade be as dark as I can find Maple Syrup,also perhaps
maple sugar,I might suspect higher Abscisic acid content.
Waiting for Rosemary extract,to lower NO.
It is also possible that increasing the bacterial load in the gut may give more inflammation and or
translocation,probiotic bacteria or not,perhaps. But then again correcting dysbiosis may be the way to go.
