Ugh. From the hour long coughing spells at the middle of the night to the sneezing, this is crazy. What do you guys use to treat post nasal drip?

I am currently on regular run of the mill Tylenol cold (Primarily acemetaminophin). Not sure what to avoid or what could cause problems with my UC. I will call my Doc tomorow, but curious to everyone's response in the meantime.

NasalCrom works really well for me. You'll have to use it quite frequently at first to get the allergenic response that's causing the drip under control, but can taper down after you're feeling better.

If OTCs don't work you probably have rhinitis.

I use nasacort but i am not sure how well it works. Seems like it's always something else. I used to have drip really bad, lately, it's my LPR that drives me nuts. I clear my throat sometimes ALL morning. It's miserable.

Prescription NasoNex...works so good I hardly have sinusitis anymore....and I barely had to use the NasoNex.
