Just want to know whether or not I'm crazy. Certain foods I can't eat first thing in the morning. Dairy is the biggest one, I'm not lactose intolerant but if I drink milk within a few hours of waking up I'm gassy the rest of the day. I usually eat a light breakfast like toast or bagels on school days because I can't handle a lot.
