I was DX Sept 26, 2013 with UC while I was in a flare. I started Aspiro 4 in the morning and a Rowesa enema every night. I have had no blood, no mucus, no urgency, and went from 8-10 BM's a day to 2-3 a day. My question is...why today do you think I'm seeing a little blood in the tp when I wipe? I'm not seeing any in my stool. Could it maybe be something I ate?

UC can be very erratic or it could be a hemmie.

Could it be your period? I always get scared when mine comes on but when I see it's just my period I'm relieved.

Thanks! No period, and it was just that day and I'm fine so I'm thinking maybe something I ate or maybe I pushed a little harder...
