Sara - I am still in my original flare, scared to try raw veggies or fruits because of the digestive factors. I do eat salad and bananas, yesterday had a couple of seedless grapes, had a slice of an apple peeled. I will also eat cooked veggies, asparagus, green beans, artichokes, carrots, but they lose their nutrients when cooked. I am going to slowly try fruits, I really hope to be able to handle strawberries, watermelon, nectarines, carrots, celery, onions, and cucumbers.
