Oral TNF-alpha inhibitor

I was wondering if anybody has looked into any oral TNF-alpha inhibitor that will have a systemic effect and reducing inflammation everywhere in the body.

Lately I have been facing some joint issues which feel similar to arthritis. I am on sulfasalazine as it is but it doesn't seem to cut it, so I was wondering if any systemic TNF-alpha inhibitor could work, any other agents than biologics (crappy insurance, won't cover etc. etc.)
