What Spices do you guys Stay away from?

I'm having some issues with spices causing D and or loose stools, other than hot chili peppers etc, what spices should be avoided? thanks guys

Pepper was my worst offender as well as cayenne.

I would stay away from everything that has a hot kick to it, even if it is labeled "mild". This would probably include all peppers.

yea i had some burger seasoning earlier with crushed red and green bell peppers, big mistake apparently, there were alot of ingredients in the weber seasoning but I'm guessing it was the peppers causing issues

None. I like all spices.

Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Curry Powder
Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt
Red Chili Peppers
Chili Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Ground Mustard

Bring em' on....I think spices HEAL us. That's my take on it.

Onion and garlic.
Spice mixes with unknown ingredients.
