Has anyone ever gone into remission, I mean a real remission?

I've had three flares that have all ended up in remission (although this last one took a darn year and a half to get there). For me, remission means zero symptoms, and living my life like I did pre-UC. I stopped taking meds after my first two flares ended (mistake), but I'm still on meds right now.

Definitely in remission, though.

I'm in remission but when I get anxiety I flare up.
