Today after work I stopped at the gym, got into a rather cool pool and SWAM!!
I feel pretty good right now. I haven't done that in a long time. During the swim I felt a little gassy, but kept going and going. I'm trying to beat stress and it worked a little!

I always feel better after I work out, even if I am flaring. Maybe it's the endorphins? I'm glad you were able to enjoy a good swim. When I had my pool, it always seemed to make me feel better for some reason.

I'm sure your pool mates were very appreciative afterwards jp - that is if there were any left ;-)

LOL...
Well nothing came out! It was just just stirring inside.
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. Ok forgive me for that, it's seasonal!!

and the swimming is a bonus

i love swimming, too. i get a little nervous doing flip turns because of the twisting movement, but i'm always fine.
now if the old dudes at the pool would just stop staring...

I always feel better right after a workout too, even if I am flaring. If I am in a flare, though, sometimes the next day I feel more tired and my muscles hurt more than they normally would. I went to yoga last night and have a bit of muscle pain today. But I feel like its the rush of adrenaline you get right after working out that makes you feel better. At least that is my opinion anyway, for what it's worth!
