I know its not allowed on scd but since I hadn't started yet....was thinking of trying soy cream cheese in one of my Christmas dishes.

Is soy usually a problem? Searching for a cheese taste....ugg.

i've eaten my fair share of tofutti in my vegan days. these days, if i'm gonna have dairy, i buy organic cream cheese. way better for me than soy.

Is all you need to decide if you should go Soy route. I decided against and never regretted it.
