Canasa Ruin underwear?

Hi,
I have had several pair or underwear, new and old, come out of the dryer with the crotch ripped completely.
This is the only item in a house of 3 that is ever affected.
All I can think is that it's from the canasa. Perhaps some gets on the underwear and when it's in the dryer the heat causes it to rip?
Has anyone had this issue????
I contacted the company to ask them but they refuse to answer my question over email.

I use canasa and haven't had this happen. Do you use pads or panty liners? I have had the crotch rip from the repeated ripping off of a liner.

I have never had undergarments rip from the dryer and I've definitely had canasa get well into my underwear. TMI i know. Very strange, I wonder why yours ripped>>>

It's possible that this thread is somewhat similar to other threads made several days ago.

Maybe my dog is getting to them then. I just think i'd notice as I was putting them into the washer if that was the case. Also, I didn't use the meds for months, then used one, and had a pair ruined in today's wash.
They are all cotton too, just like the others. Oh well!
