I'm just finally getting my energy back. I had success with starting slow. I'd putter around home for 20 minutes then rest. Then build up to 30 minutes, 40, etc. then when I felt better I'd venture to the store for a brief med pick up, then home to rest. Then the next time I'd go out a little longer, etc. it was a long process. I've only been back to work now for two weeks, and let me tell you that was exhausting! It seems each day gets a little easier. Just don't over do it, get lots of rest, lots of water and don't get down on yourself if you're not up to doing something.
