Did you get a one step procedure in the US? I never see people who had one step, always two.

That's great. I am sorry you're having pain/pressure though. Did you speak to the surgeon about
it? Three months is still soon, maybe you need more time to heal

When you have the urges do you need to go to the bathroom?
If you get the urges a lot (more than you need to actually go), it could be spasms, which would be relieved by an anti-spasmodic like Levsin or Bentyl. This is pretty common in the early post-op period.
Another possibility could be cuffitis.
I would talk to your GI.

your GI dr. or your surgeon? Did they give you anything? It could be pouchitis which needs to be treated with antibiotics.

If it's pouchitis then you should notice an improvement pretty quick with the antibiotics. If it's cuffitis (inflammation of the rectal cuff) then the suppositories will help that. Also, not many people here have had surgery. Jpouch.org is a great place to go and ask questions. There are several one steppers over there too.
