Tinninitus I can deal with, but I just took my temp and it's only 97.3. Been walking around lately turning the heat up and down in the house and when shoveling snow in minus zero temps, my toes about
froze off!
Are these UC symptoms and can I take any supplements for it please??

When I get done shoveling in minus 0 weather my temp is usually much lower too.
Get snuggly in bed and rest. Check your temp in the morning :)

I just had tinnitus before and I feell like i am coming down with a fever but I am freezing cold. Hopefully we aren't coming down with something awful. I think you just need to layer up. Use a heating pad if necessary. that's what i am going to do right now.

A normal temp can vary from 97.4 to 99.4. 98.6 is the average normal temp. I have noticed that my normal temp has dropped to 97.3 from 98.6 when I was younger. Not sure why that happens.

Tinnitus can occur from almost anything. How are your iron levels? It would be one explanation for the ringing and body temp.

Thanks for all the replies. Thought I'd read on here somewhere about
Lyme, mold, fungus making this happen. Of course a supplement won't fix then, but I'm grasping at straws I guess.
