Ambling is correct - The first three are infectious diseases.
Thought there is one note that I should have also posted but excluded cause I though it might confuse but here is what it states: Kidney Disease can be the results of microbial infections or systemic sources (non-microbial) such as diabetes, certain cancers, toxicities, metabolic diseases - Anyway this statement was just pointing out that a portion of kidney diseases can also be attributed to microbes. Its separated by colour in my text book between Infectious Disease and Non-microbial Disease but I didn't know how to do that on here.
CORRECTION:
The death rate from infectious diseases has dropped from 800 people per 100,000 (in the the year 1900) all the way down to 30 people per 100,000 (in the year 1980). So it's quite a substantial drop - BUT from 1980 (not 1990 as I mentioned before) the death rate has steadily increased to 70 people per 100,000. So a significant increase in deaths due to infectious diseases.
I would assume this would be the result of antibiotic resistance.
The above is adapted from Huges, J.M. 2001. Emerging Infectious Diseases: A CDC Perspective. Might be an interesting read for those that like this sorta thing.
