Hi everyone!

I don't even know where to start... SO, I'm just gonna let you all know where I am now. As of today, I have lost almost 20 lbs since January 1st. (OK, the weight loss I could have used anyhow so that's not my main problem, but it is a concern)

I have constant pain in my upper right side, that goes through to the back... (possibly gallbladder) Lately though within the last week or two, I began having like a cramping type of pain on my left side like right in my stomach, after I eat sometimes.

I am on a SUPER Restricted diet.. I ONLY eat (Please don't judge me) Rice, Bush's baked beans (they are yummy and super low fat), extremely cooked veggies, maybe a tiny bit of chicken, Jello and eggs... That's IT...
I only drink water with a tiny bit of lemon to flavor it a little and Stevia for a sweetener.

I can't eat anything else or I get very uncomfortable and sick....

I haven't vomited, (haven't at all since I was like 8 years old) but if I knew how or wasn't so afraid too, I'm sure I would have... (yesterday I came close)

Anyhow, I have a doctor appointment Monday with my new primary care physician and we'll see what happens...

If it turns out I have pancolitis, I am thinking I'll just go ahead and get the surgery and be done with it... I'd rather live with a colostomy bag than feel the way I've been feeling for the last 2 months..

If it turns out to be my Gallbladder, then YAY for me and I'll get the sucker out and hopefully feel a LOT better.

I do have blood now, but not a LOT like I used to have... my main problems is PAIN, NAUSEA and CRAMPS...

I am HOPING that it's my gallbladder.... I really don't want to go through the major surgery of a colectomy, but i will if I have too... I don't want to go on Prednisone again and I Can't take Remicade again because of the neurological side effects I got from it back in 09'....

Not much of an appetite and way lethargic, but that's to be expected because I can't eat much...

Soooo... that's where I'm at :(

Has anyone with a bad gallbladder every lost weight and felt SOOO SICK...?? I really am hoping that it IS my galbladdeer so I can just have a quick surgery and get the little buggar out!

I had my gallbladder out. Very simple surgery.
I had two attacks that the pain was so unbelievable I don't know how to describe it.
My daughter had hers out a few months before me, same horrific pain.
I didn't lose weight, but I had just had an abdominal hysterectomy and was still bloated from that surgery.
Your pain sounds very familiar. Mine would start where the gallbladder is, on the right just below your ribs, and it would sort of radiate around on both sides to my back. It hurt to breathe.
At first my doc thought I had bruised my rib cage from getting so horribly sick from my prep for scopes when I was diagnosed with UC.
Yes, that was just before the hyster, which was just before the gallbladder surgery! 2011into 2012 was quite a time for me!

One thing my doc picked up on was me telling him about my stools being white or having white in them. He stopped me mid sentence and said wait, let's check your gallbladder. I was like no way, I just had surgery! Yep, gallbladder had stones, bloodwork showed whatever it would show for that!

And, yes I was very sick, vomited, hung out by the toilet one night and thinking it was UC.
