Dipentum & Fluid Retention, Bloating

What is anyone's experience or knowledge of Dipentum? i have had my meds switched from Salofalk to Dipentum as im getting mroe constipated these days than anything, and i feel like i am SO bloated and fluid retention like atm and also very tired and a bit jaundice?. I honestly feel huge... i dont know why. is this a side effect of dipentum? (that is the bloating/retention) or maybe a combination of the other meds im on is causing this (Vancomycin, Rifaximin and Dipentum)

Any advice or help would be great....

Also, if its not from the meds any tips to lose any water weight or retention fast? Thanks

I have been on pentasa for 14 years now and in the last 6 months I have had breathing problems, bloating and also tight legs from the knees down and the dr said it could be from my meds so he has given me a drug to relief the fluid. He is also sending me to a kidney specialist to be checked as he said kidney issues can cause these problems.
I also experience more constipation these days than diarreha which started in the last 12 months..

I take pentasa 2 grams a day
Imuran 150 mg a day
Vit D 4000iu a day
