Weird smelling gas on colifoam?

Sorry have a really bizarre and gross question (even for this board!) but have been on colifoam for 3 days now and seems to be helping, less blood mucus, etc. but this morning have really bizarre smelling gas. Don't get me wrong I have all sorts of smells but This is very weird, offensive but very different to anything I've had before? I'm sure it must be the colifoam but has anyone else had this?
