Thank you for sharing your experience.

I once stopped lactose and grains for about 8 months while doing SCD. I noticed I was better. However I found that I seem to have a problem with fructose. Also my bleeding never entirely stopped during that time.

Recently I had a scope and I was tested on lactose. I am intolerant. I still need to test fructose but I'm sure I'm intolerant as well. I can do small amounts of each but it still hurts my tummy.
