Hi pathogen, I remembered some time ago you suggested I try mastic gum, can you give me some insight into what side affects I might get.. I'm keen to try it for a few reasons, one being reflux

I suggest mastic for h. pylori. Not just reflux. There wouldnt be much in way of side effects if you are taking it for h. pylori. I dont know what it would do if you just took it randomly.

The dose for reflux was 1000mg twice a day.. I have also had h pylori many years ago.. I read some where someone took it for h pylori and it put there UC into remission.. It has many benefits from what I've read so I've got high hopes.. If it got me off ppi's I'd kiss the ground
