black bits in stool

i have two problems from 2 years and these made me very sick ,,,,

first is that i see my stool there are small black bits in different parts. What is the main cause of it?
another problem that i suffer is tonsilitis with little pain from 2 years.

i think both problems are the cause of one disease ,,,,kindly help what is the reason and is there any relation among these problems and its solution...

i am in problem kindly help.....

Personally, I don't think they are related at all. I'm guessing that these small black bits are old dried blood specs from ulcers in your colon, but that's just a guess.

Black bits in stool can be blood from the stomach or small intestine. It could be from something you ate. Who knows. Do you have, uc?

Gonna agree with the others...black bits could be blood...or something you ate.

I don't know that UC symptoms and tonsillitis would be related either...
