Where do you get your Qing Dai? I would like to check it out. You are one of the people who first told us about powdered psyllium seed and it turned out to be very effective, at least for me. Maybe Qing Dai will be another home run.
I have gotten it from
www.acuatlanta.net but it is out of stock presently and from
www.kamwo.com which is more expensive. My understanding is the Qing Dai is not for long term use so I have only used it for a couple of weeks at a time but I was always back to normal by the end of that time.
Just for the record, I continue to consume 1 tablespoon of psyllium seed powder twice a day. For me it doesn't prevent flares from happening but does seem to reduce their severity and also keeps my stool firm but soft.
about
two weeks ago I added Betaine HCL to my regimen as well because I kept having undigested food showing up in my stool. I always thought that it was the result of a defective colon but after some research I concluded that it was an issue with inadequate acid in my stomach. It appears to be having an effect but I may need to increase the dose for optimal results.
Back to the topic at hand, I believe that Scott Z's crystal ball is broken at least with respect to me.
