How do you take your Qing Dai? And how much?

I want to try Qing dai and ordered some from Atlanta Acupuncture but am not sure how to ingest it. I think putting it in capsules would be easiest for me but worry that capsules may not deliver it to wherever is the best place for it in my GI tract.

Also, how much do you take? Is it based on body weight?

Do you take it once a day or several times a day? With food or without?

What else should I be thinking about for Qing dai?

I take CCherbal. The main ingredient is qing dai and it comes in capsules. I take 3 capsules a day. Sorry, I don't know how much that is.

Are you taking any herbs exclusive to the ones listed in CCherbal?
