been 5 days since ileostomy surgery penis swelled up today randomly

still recovering in hospital after ileostomy surgery on tpn fluids and went to go pee and my penis has swollen two times in size has anyone had this?????

You would be better off asking this question in the Ostomy forum on HW than the UC forum.

I had minimal issues urinating after my surgeries between the epidural and the catheter. They would scan my bladder after each surgery.

I'd ask on the Ostomy board as well. Might have something to do with meds or a catheter or something perhaps during/after surgery. I'm not sure if everyone get's a catheter during surgery or not. I'd also talk to the doc to make sure there's no infection if it doesn't go away.
