So true. Not all fiber is the same and my gut tells me so.
I recently tried psyllium husk because another thread told me (and I looked it up and it was true) that psyllium has anti-inflammatory benefits. Bad, bad idea. My gut went into IBS mode, get-it-out-out-out.
There was a discussion a while back comparing psyllium husk vs. psyllium seed. Proponents for both of them. I just know my gut hates psyllium husk.
If you add it to your green juice don't wait to drink it or it will be solid quickly.
I do not need any additional fiber in my diet but if I did it would be Citrucel unflavored, very gut friendly to me.
