4 Superfoods That Are Not Paleo The point to take home?
If you enjoy a food, get good results eating it and science has shown it to be healthy, then avoiding it just because it isn’t “paleo” according to some narrow definition of what that means, is ridiculous....
Humans evolved eating real food… plain and simple. That’s what we should be focusing on.Although *loose* dietary guidelines are important, I believe people get faster results if they listen to their guts. The science is obviously important, but so are personal results. As I always say, n=1 beats anything white coats spew at us about
medications or foods. :)
I'm not sure if I could do without dark chocolate, raw dairy or potatoes, but nice to see the some science backing up those foods.
I hate to see people starving and then depriving themselves of good food like potatoes and rice... So many recent threads of this happening unfortunately.
My personal rule of thumb these days is: Just eat real food or J.E.R.F. Easy diet to follow and very few restrictions (gluten, trans fats, vegetable oils, etc).
