Chobani fails again, stopped the madness before Flight to CA

You know how it is, things go bad swiftly and you start blaming everything. I was having nightime 'air' lots of it and that 'burning' was returning.

I stopped the Chobani, I used to love it but last year I became suspicious they changed something, it positively wrecks me.

It was not the Boars Head deli turkey, nor new breads it was Chobani.

Generous Psyllium seed and husk, restarted Qing Dai and had steak, cold pasta, chicken, navy beans and tonight a little salmon. So nice to be back to normal in time for business trip. I went to Denver Intl Airport today to escort my daughter all the way to her gate using Security Checkpoint Pass and I was there a long time. Good drill for today and really happy things are back to normal.

I do not think it was the V-8 it was the Chobani with cinnamin before bed - that is twice now so staying away from it. I picked up some VSL#3DS but I do not need it and will keep it in reserve.

One thing I have learned about the UC slippery slope is to nip it in the bud, kill it before it grows. Really hard to stop it once it gets rolling.

Do you have a problem with all yogurt or just Chobani? It shouldn't matter but Chobani uses milk from cows that eat genetically modified corn and soybeans. Maybe organic yogurt is less problematic.

I cannot eat glucosamine, phoscholine, or lecithin derived from ordinary soybeans unless it is derived from non-gmo soy. I don't think it is the GMO directly but perhaps because GMO soybeans are saturated with Roundup (glyphosate).

Wow that is interesting. They started making it cheaper somehow because it used to be fine and higher protein, I always avoid the fruit and usually go vanilla but it changed.

I wont be buying that anymore, may go back to my old Aussie brand when I return.

Ironic Chobani is headquartered in Twin Falls Idaho and my daughter just flew into Boise nearby...well she wont be buying any either.

Funny, I started having the same issues after years of eating Chobani. I switched to plain Fage with some blueberries for sweetness, and haven't been having any issues.

I've been eating this since I first noticed it on the shelf at the supermarket years ago. I've probably eaten around 1200 containers of it since then.

Never had a single issue with it.
