@Mike, I absolutely agree.
Another thing which could be very interesting for you is research from Prof. Stremmel in Heidelberg. I met him once personally and did not agree to his diagnostics and skills, however, he invented Phosphatidylcholin (Lecithin) which helped a lot of patients I know. Many came into remission without any adverse events and were brutal cases with colon removal in sight.
There is currently a Phase III study (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02280629?term=lecithin&rank=13) on its way and looks very promising. Lecitin strenghtens the mucosa barrier ;-) I know several pharmacies in Germany which already produce Lecitihin granulas. If anyone is interested I can also share some more information about
it. As always, very expensive because it is not covered by healthcare insurances in Germany yet.

PS: As far as I remember the University Hospital Pharmacy in Heidelberg does share the ingredients for lecithin suppository with any pharmacy.
