Colonoscopy Tmrw & Colon Prep

I have a colonoscopy tomorrow to see how things are actually going down there. My GI wants to see how much inflammation I have currently. Plus it's been a little over a year since my last scope.

As far as the prep goes she's prescribed me Prepopik. Usually my old GI would always just prescribe GoLytely. Anyone have experience with this? I start it at 5pm (almost 2hrs from now) I already have the wet wipes ready.

Oh also this will be my first scope in a private facility outside of a hospital. I'm a little nervous about this but I really like my GI and am glad I switched out of the hospital where my old GI used to work. I know have constant communication with my GI whenever I want.

Prepopnik is my favorite prep that I have done. Loved that you didn't have to chug down a ridiculous amount of gross liquid. Good luck. I have had my scopes done in both a private and hospital setting and I think going to a private facility is a lot nicer. It seems to be more relaxed and laid back to me, less stressful. Also good to note is at least where I go they have a very nice waiting area (a theater room, free wifi, comfy chairs) for drivers which my mom really enjoys over the overcrowded uncomfortable hospital waiting area.
