Interesting... What i find strange though is that the response rate is only 60%. Considering that this is a primarily inflammatory disease with the white cells responsible for most of the damage. It is strange that all these treatments targetting white cells only are producing mediocre results.

60%would actually make it the best drug for UC by far.

But just from the title, there is no way in hell Id ever take the drug. Natalizumab targets the alpha 4 integrin as well and there is a risk of PML. I doubt it would be different for this drug.
