In general, greasy foods are not good, but you need to see what you tolerate and not go for "blanket" advice. Fat is important and generally good for you, but a messed up digestive system will have problems with certain foods from time to time... Also, typically omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory, and omega 6's are pro inflammatory, so if you can afford it stick with grass fed free range eggs, dairy and meats, wild fish (not farm raised), and olive oil is good too (which is not high in omega 3s). Chia oil is expensive but very good as well, and high in omega 3s and antioxidants. I even used it as an enema with seemingly good results. Don't cook with it, but its a good oil for other stuff.
We buy raw milk and eggs from a farm. I am working on buying grass fed beef. For now we eat lean ground turkey and chicken breast. Any fish is wild caught Alaskan salmon.Raw milk is amazing for you.. If your digestive tract can handle disaccharides. Wild salmon is amazing - look for pacific wild sockeye salmon.I don't drink too much milk but my plan is to start making yogurt again ( I got lazy and have been buying store bought) and kefir.
