Could the treatment with remicade give a false positive test for any STD

I am currently trying to do a investigation project about my own condition for my anatomy class, and I would like the project to be explained with details...
So I got have got to the part of where I am asking even my own self, could the treatment with Remicade end up giving a false positive (mainly) or negative test for any STD, considering that you create antibodies which might look like your body is fighting a virus/ bacteria or infection ?

Gender- Male
Age-21
Condition- Ulcerative Colitis since I was 11 years old.
Medications: Remicade 6 vials every 6 weeks, and Asacol HD 800mg.

Could it be because the STD test look for specific traits that will not altered by the fact Remicade is a medication that affects your immunologic system?
In due case Remicade will not alter the outcome of such results?
