Do you think it's some food that's causing it? Like does it occur shortly after you eat or is it persistent pain all the time?
Do you eat enough to feel full? Meat, vaggies and fruit seems to be pretty restrictive IMO - it just seems like you aren't eating enough carbs.
Also, hows your sleep schedule? I know it's overused but adequate sleep is important to managing or eliminating the pain.
