If you have no gut reactions to either one keep it up. Cooked spinach will give you some gentle fiber which my gut always liked but the juice probably has more vitamins preserved. Either way is good and green juice is solo healthy for anyone that can tolerate it. When flaring my gut also liked well cooked baby carrots.
Others also think psyllium seed (fiber) is the key to the their remission and there are some medical studies that back that up. My fiber pill is Citrucell because my gut hates psyllium for some reason. :-(
Do you take a daily probiotic? Might also help but takes time to find the one your gut tolerates otherwise can make things gurgley and worse.
