question for people who has Crohn's colitis

I have indermined colitis. Basically they don't know for sure it is crohns colitis or UC. I see some people on forum who have crohns colitis and wondering

1. How did you get diagnosis of crohns colitis and not UC?

2. If it is crohns colitis, do you have ileum affected?

3. did you develop any stricture or fistula?

4. Do you have rectum involved?

1. Had a scope with patchy inflammation so he diagnosed CC Had a subsequent one with 'two small discrete ileal ulcers' so he diagnosed ileo-colitis. (I've never even had diarrhea as a symptom so I think ileal involvement is minimal to say the least. (for now anyway.)
My Prometheus blood test said Crohn's when my symptoms and scope 'definitively' pointed towards UC (more specifically it said "UC like CD".) Two different GIs said the blood test was wrong.

4. Yes, which is unusual obviously. Rectal involvement is the major area I have had involved.
