I'm still waiting for full colonoscopy so I'm not sure if it's UC or Crohn's.
But most ppl online are saying 'no' to fruits and veggies - so I'm worried about anti-oxidants though maybe right now, that should be least of worries. Also, on a "good" day I'm doing 1200 calories - which is light for a 39 year old fat guy weighing 250.
Anyone tried Bai-5 drink? They claim it's all natural, with natural caffeine, and chock full of anti oxidants.
I'm thinking if the caffeine is natural and the anti-oxidants are real, it's a nice 'boost' without letting sugar, coffee, or finery fruit assault the colon?
