Yogurt and milk are, oddly enough, two things I can eat without trouble.
I eat both regular and Greek yogurts. Always full fat, plain (no flavoring), and organic. My favorite brands are Strauss Family Creamery and Brown Cow Cream Top yogurts.
I'll add a little fruit, peanut butter, cinnamon, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, or molasses to flavor the yogurt. I also have gotten used to eating it plain. It's my easy, stress free meal.
