So being on Remi Ive noticed Im sneezing more, and having some more congestion. Its really dusty now and its does bother me sometimes. I pulled an all nighter and got really tired and a bit dehydrated.. and now I have some annoying sinus pressure on my right side. I know mucinex can be a big mistake, anyone take anything else succesfully for this? Sudafed? I have gotten some mild saline flushes through which released some mucus, but not much.
Thanks!

i don't do drugs for my sinus stuff anymore - sleep, showers & baths (hotter = better) exercise, saline spray, and drink tons of water, herbal teas, and more water -
oh, and lots of sex

Try a sinus rinse system, like neilmed sinus rinse bottles. They work a bit better for me than a Neti pot.
