Have you used the Uceris/Buednoside Foam?
It just got approved in the US but has been approved in Europe for some time so wanted to see what people's experiences have been in Europe.

sorry to say have not come across the foam, I've only ever received Predfoam here in the UK, or back in the old days, liquid pred enemas. Would be interested to know what the difference is if anyone has tried it.

Have only heard of it from this forum, don't think it's regularly prescribed here in the UK.

I wonder why it is not prescribed? According to this link, it is highly effective? Is this link misleading, am I missing something?

I'm in Spain and I've tried budesonide foam but only for 10 days. It didn't work for me, I found mesalamine medication more effective.

I don't know how long it was approved in the EU, but wasn't available in Sweden 5 years ago for sure. Don't know the current status.

Thanks firelord - were you able to retain it? Also, does prednisone work for you?

Didn't have any problem retaining it, it was a comfortable medication, easy to apply and to retain. I have never been on prednisone. My fight is in the rectum too and I am having some success with mesalamine enemas recently. Regards.
