What is the link between ulcerative colitis and hemorrhoids?

There is no link per se but if someone has repetitive bouts of diarrhea then that increases the chances of getting them. Also straining if the person has constipation.

Sherry has the point (so is Soy as usual :)
Because of emptying out signal, we keep straining the bowels, and it doesn't have anything to empty.
If you have them, as a result of flare, have a ton of Analpram handy. The tablets in the box are way good to fix it.
