Probiotics Best Ones for IBD(UC)

Hello! Anyone have luck with a specific Probiotic that may work better then others as there are so many out there? As anyone with UC knows these are extremely important especially if you have to take antibiotics for any reason. These seem to be the top ones that are recommended. Thanks.

VSL #3 . It's specially formulated for UC. You can't get it form your pharmacist - no prescription necessary - it's a bit expensive but works well, along with my Humira.

FYI- I'm in California, therefore I'm not sure if insurance covers in other states or parts of the world.

Where do you find Mutaflor?

Honestly, none of the probiotics show me any clear cut benefit or harm that I can note, but assuming that it helps I take VSL#3 DS, Nexabiotic, Prescript-Assist and Probiotic-3. Introduced Miyarisan 3 days ago.
