Oh my goodness that sounds like a rough night! I never had sweating like that until some other medical issue came up. As far as cramping, dicyclomine (Bentyl) really helps me. Don't go overboard with it or it may cause some constipation. It relaxes your GI muscles where they would normally constrict & relax to move food along.
Eating is so hard sometimes, like food is the enemy. I could always depend on rice and fish though, specifically smoked salmon. My mom would also make me chao, a Viet dish that's like rice porridge/congee? Basically, rice cooked with too much water, and whatever you want to throw in, celery, carrots, onion, shredded chicken or fish. It's cooked for a while so the rice is soft and really easy to eat, but I would only eat the carrots, other veggies just for flavor. If I wasn't feeling that, then I'd try to have an Orgain shake. My sister found it on Amazon, easy to digest, not too sweet, thick or gross.
I really hope you feel better soon. Forget the alcohol for now, not worth it! But when you do feel better, I found that one drink of good quality vodka or whiskey is about all my belly can handle.
