I'm fortunate enough to have a local Costa Rican chap (they are called tico's!) that lives with us, and cooks for myself and my family, this means that I get to eat really lovely soups, local fodder, not covered in insecticides, just natural organic food, and he loves to cook, in fact when I first got sick, he regularly made bone soup for me, and not long afterwards (as some of you may remember) I went into symptomatic remission quite quickly, whether that was because of my diet I don't know, however feel eating plenty of bone soup may have contributed in some way.
I love eating simple home prepared food, with natural local ingredients, I think that perhaps I have become a little bit of a food 'snob' as I have got older, and I really am incredibly 'picky' and discerning nowadays with regard to what types of foods I put into my system, because I have to be! So yes I think bone soup is absolutely amazing, with genuine healing properties, and a great taste too!
