Yeah, that won't help. You can't not think about it when you have pressure in your rectum that constantly makes you feel like you need to use the bathroom. That's so rude to say "don't think about it", as if it's that simple. If i could just ignore it, I wouldn't be bringing it up!!! Anyone who says that obviously hasn't dealt with tenesmus. The only way to get rid of the feeling of having to go is to address the inflammation. Have you had a scope recently to see where the inflammation is active? Have you tried steroid suppositories? I see you said you've done every rectal, which have you done? Some people have great luck with cortifoam. I am not sure anything does anything for my rectal inflammation.
