I would take a decent multivitamin (without any added sugar), a proper probiotic (of better quality than align), a mix of vitamin D-3 and calcium (make sure to balance it with the multivitamin, so as to avoid overdosing), and a fish oil supplement that is especially high in epa and omega-3. Other options include turmeric and curcumin, l-glutamine, aloe vera, ginger, licorice, marshmallow root, and boswelia, amongst a wide array of alternative supplements, but I wouldn't rush into these, I'd take one religiously for a fortnight at a time and make note of my condition, if any noticeable relief ensues, I'd introduce it to my supplementation routine.
The biggest part of taking supplements is making sure you understand the dosage, and the key to that is a combination of research and experimentation. It's certainly worth a shot, and it certainly can help reduce the severity of your symptoms.
