Is it hemorrhoids?

I have been on rowasa enemas nightly for my flare up for almost three weeks. The frequency has gone down and the stools are more formed. After is finish going to the bathroom, some blood comes out and is also there when I wipe. No blood in the stool though.

Could this be from the inflammation or is it a hemorrhoid causing this?
